ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Cordina Charvis began her career as a paralegal at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP specializing in banking and corporate services. Before founding Virtual Paralegal Entrepreneurs LLC, she worked at top law firms and in-house legal departments such as Atlas Air, Inc., Fortress Investment Group LLC, Angelo Gordon & Co., L.P., Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Cordina has provided her virtual paralegal services through Axiom Law and LawTrades combined for more than 10 years. She holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Mercy College and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate, where she focuses on corporate governance, securities, and compliance. |
